This patient had thyroid eye disease with bulging right eye and misalignment of the eye causing double vision. She underwent Tepezza treatment with partial improvement. Subsequently she underwent eye muscle surgery to improve her double vision and as a consequence she had lower lid retraction. She underwent repair 6 weeks ago. It was a long journey but she is extremely happy with the end results.
