Tennis Elbow ❗️
Lateral Epicondylitis, also known as tennis elbow, is caused by inflammation of the tendons that join the muscles of the forearm to the outside of the elbow.
About 50% of all tennis players will develop Tennis Elbow.
1%-3% of the general population is affected by tennis elbow with most of the cases occurring in people ages 30-50.
Physical therapy can help strengthen supportive muscles in the arms and shoulder with exercises and other therapeutic activities.
