This 75-minute workshop with Rhia, offers a gradual descent from movement into profound rest.

Years ago, founder and visionary of Soul Tribes, Alexandra Charles, dreamt of a studio that combined her big loves: meditation, yoga, and community.
Alexandra found yoga to help heal a lot of injuries she had due to being a professional dancer her whole life. Meditation helped reduce a lot of the mental anguishes she endured through those very competitive years. Seeing the practice of yoga and meditation change and help heal her body, mind, and life, as well as the loving supportive community of classes, the idea of Soul Tribes yoga and meditation was planted.
As the idea bloomed, the creation of Soul Tribes came together and Alexandra is beyond excited to share her vision with the community of Houston Texas.
At Soul Tribes we believe we all need different things at different times in our lives. Some days we need the push and the challenge of physical practice and sometimes we need to bring it all in, let go, breathe and just be. Whatever day it is for you and whatever vibes you are in, our community, our tribes, are something that can remind us we aren’t alone and going through it by ourselves.
Our studio is where you can come for the physical, the mental, or just to hang out with your tribe. All are welcome in our home away from home.
