I will be posting the workouts me, my boy Nick and Pedro do in the gym. In the gym we keep it creative and fun so it’s always a good time. I’ll also explain the workouts and there different uses. I will put out different routines you can do at home as well.

Hey weebs, wanted to do an intro and get the ball rolling again. I've been on my weightloss journey since 2015, but really went in hard a little over a year ago. So far I'm still on a journey to slim down more but have found my curiosity in body building. I don't know If thats my path but I do know I want to build a community for not only physical fitness, but mental and spiritual wellness also. I strive to have the same work ethic as the anime and comic heroes that inspire me and I hope to do the same for so many others!!!!
