Many people aren’t aware that insurance companies are in the business to not pay claims. They will delay reimbursements or just deny a claim for the most craziest reasons. They have denied for misspellings in clinical notes and even because the wrong date of service is listed in operative reports. We also know that many Billers or Billing Companies will take that insurance denial and just start adjusting claims. We, at SVBC, aren’t adjustment happy...We are driven by reimbursements! Every step in our medical billing world is a vital step. Especially making sure we let those insurance companies know how wrong they are!
