I am noticing my mind is a little distracted…I have so much to share it is wandering in many directions! My body feels tired with the change in shifting the clock forward this past weekend, my heart is achy for the many beings whose hearts need healing, including all our non-human animals and our Earth. My spirit holds me.

For all of this I am grateful.

I’m reflecting about February when I traveled to Fort Worth, Texas, to welcome back the Venerable monks as they made their journey home, walking 2,300 miles, 112 days to Walk for Peace, and as I remember the quiet faces of the Venerable Monks, the silence of the mindful walk back to their home, walking with both my palms together at my heart space…new friends by my side…

There’s something about early March — the light lingers a little longer, the air feels like it’s changing.

While there will be no live Thankful Tuesday today due to unexpected family travel, the invitation to pause is still here.

As winter slowly loosens its grip, this can be your space to loosen yours too. To soften. To breathe. To notice what’s quietly beginning.

If it helps, take a few minutes today to sit in stillness. Let your breath settle. Reflect on what feels ready to emerge in this new season.
