I can’t believe it’s already February, but here we are! I wanted to start by simply saying thank you. Because of you, we were able to serve 19 percent more families last year than we did in 2024, and that growth happened during a year when we were told the real estate industry was facing a recession.
That kind of growth doesn’t happen without trust, and it doesn’t happen without introductions. Thank you for introducing us to the people in your lives who were looking to buy or sell a home.
We just went through our first major winter storm of the year, one that impacted so many across our region, and it was a powerful reminder of why our mission matters. While many were staying off the roads, first responders and caretakers were showing up, serving at hospitals, serving at Fisher House, and serving families who needed them most. During the height of the storm, one of my dear friend’s sons broke his femur and had to be rushed to the hospital. Seeing that level of dedication firsthand is a reminder of the incredible people who serve our community every single day.
Through your introductions, you help support them. When you introduce us to someone, we serve that family with care, integrity, and five-star service, and when we reach the finish line, the impact continues. A portion of our income is donated to the Fisher House Foundation, and other worthy causes that support those who show up when it matters most.
That impact doesn’t come from our team alone. It comes from you. Every introduction creates a ripple effect, serving one family, then another, and reaching far beyond real estate into the lives of people who need support.
