To the men: I hope your leaders, pastors, homies, barbers, whoever has conversations with yall, because clearly, yall not listening to women and don’t think it’s important to talk to each other. It’s deeper than just talking about sports. Lives are being stolen because of the emotional isolation men are experiencing.

When people ask for marriage secrets, this is what they should be sharing. ⁣

Merging into one isn’t a streamlined process. This is a lifelong process that requires continuous communication as you evolve as an individual and within your marriage. I had the privilege of hosting a Valentine’s Day luncheon at , and it was such a beautiful time. The theme, “Some Like It Sweet, Spicy, and Hot,” was inspired by . Over three courses, we laughed, connected, and had honest conversations about our relationships.⁣

Each couple left with a Sweet, Spicy, and Hot theme gift box filled with a few intentional surprises to help them nurture all three.⁣
