🚨Progress Report🚨
I just want to give a quick shoutout to who’s reached her goal of dropping 10lbs since she started personal training in January.
▪️She’s always on the go with her job keeping her booked and busy.
▪️She does dance classes, runs and walks on the treadmill for cardio.
▪️She does strength and conditioning with me.
▪️She limits her caloric consumption to under 1700 per day with a little cheat meal on weekends for balance.
▪️She has an incredible support system who also train with her and keep each other accountable!
