🚨3 MONTH PROGRESS REPORT 🚨
My client Mario came to me because he’s wanted to gain some lean muscle, functional strength and size for quite some time now.
At 26yrs old, leading a busy life filled with traveling and work, we decided to make time to train on weekends and follow a Caloric surplus nutrition plan in order to put on size.
