What a fantastic morning! 🎉⚾
Last week, we had a wonderful time at our “Take Me Out to the Ball Game” Senior Network Breakfast! A big thank you to our amazing sponsors — Essential Hospice & Palliative Care, Three Oaks Hospice, and Generation Law Group of Texas — for your generous support and fantastic door prizes. Our guests had a great time showing off their best baseball attire in our fun competition!

Our Rodeo Senior Network Breakfast at Apex Oaks at Clear Lake last month, was a fantastic success!
We were honored to partner with Sheila’s Angels, North Star Hospice, Neptune Society, and Heritage Hospice—thank you all for your generous door prizes and support. The event was filled with great energy, meaningful connections, and valuable conversations as professionals came together to exchange ideas and learn about services that support our residents and their families.

A special thank you to our amazing Culinary Team for preparing a delicious Western-style breakfast that everyone truly enjoyed. And we loved seeing all the creative Western attire—everyone looked like they stepped right out of the Old West!

This month, we had the incredible honor of celebrating a very special milestone—Lilli’s 100th birthday! 🎉

A truly wonderful woman with a lifetime full of history, Lilli enjoyed a joyful celebration surrounded by her loving family, community friends, residents, staff, and our management team, all coming together to wish her happiness and many more beautiful years ahead.

The celebration was made even more special as she enjoyed piano music by Chase Clarkson, filling the room with warmth and smiles.

Happy 100th Birthday, Lilli 💐 What a blessing it is to celebrate such an amazing life!

Rodeo Festivities at Apex Oaks at Clear Lake

We’ve had an amazing time celebrating our rodeo season with so many fun activities and social gatherings here at Apex Oaks at Clear Lake!

We kicked things off with our Go Texan Day, bringing the spirit of the Old West to life with a delicious country-style lunch enjoyed by both our residents and staff. It truly felt like a day on the ranch!

Everyone had a wonderful time listening to live country music by Chase Clarkson, who kept the energy high and the smiles going all during lunch.

A big thank you to our amazing Culinary Team for preparing a mouthwatering BBQ lunch—it was the perfect way to celebrate together!

Apex Oaks at Clear Lake Management Team Field Trip

Our management team had an incredible opportunity to visit the Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory! It was an unforgettable experience learning about how astronauts train for space missions right here on Earth.

We were amazed watching the astronauts prepare and suit up before entering the massive pool, where they simulate spacewalks. Seeing this level of dedication, precision, and teamwork up close was truly inspiring.

Thank you to the team at the NBL for such an informative and exciting tour. Experiences like this remind us the importance of teamwork, training, and reaching for the stars!

What a wonderful day at Apex Oaks at Clear Lake celebrating Valentine’s Day!

Our residents were full of smiles and excitement during our St. Valentine’s Day Celebration, especially when it was time to reveal the King and Queen of Valentine’s 2026. Choosing was not easy—we truly have so many beautiful ladies and handsome gentlemen—but in the end, we are proud to crown Doyle and Phyllis as our King and Queen!

A heartfelt thank you to Carla Jones from North Star Hospice for the lovely piano music surprise that touched our residents’ hearts, and thank you to all our wonderful families for your continued love and support.

We also extend our gratitude to Xotic Soundz DJ JP for the fantastic music that kept everyone dancing, smiling, and celebrating together.
