Sweet, M.Ed., CPHE is a former Collegiate & Professional Basketball Player, Training and Development Specialist, Personal Development & Leadership Consultant, Author, Speaker, and Entrepreneur. from the University of Notre Dame in 1992 (American Studies/Communications) and his M.Ed. (Educational Leadership & Administration) from Prairie View A&M University in 2009. Since 1997, he has successfully provided Professional Player Development, Student-Athlete Scholarship Consulting, Talent Acquisition (NCAA/NJCAA/NBA/G-LEAGUE/FIBA), and Student-Athlete Branding, Marketing & Promoting services for student-athletes, beginners, intermediate, advanced, collegiate, and professional basketball players worldwide. Daimon's training philosophy is rooted in a holistic approach to athletic development. Recognizing the importance of educational development, skills refinement, physical conditioning, and mental resilience, he aims to empower athletes not only to excel on the basketball court, but also to navigate challenges with confidence throughout life.
