When you exercise after eating a big meal, it can help reduce the risk of constipation. What's the best way to do this? Take at least an hour off from exercising before starting so your body has time for digestion, and make sure hard workouts are fine too.

There's nothing like a mouth-watering vegetarian lunch to make your day more filling and fulfilling. This mile high veggie sandwich is full of flavor, healthy for you (and tasty!), easy on the stomach, and perfect no matter what! Mix it up with different flavors or types of vegetables depending on how much time you have today. I'm sure there are enough options that will satisfy any mood.
