When you're pregnant, your body needs to produce more blood to support the growth and development of your 👶🏻 baby, and as a result, your body needs more iron to produce enough hemoglobin to support the increased blood 🩸 volume.

Without enough iron, you may develop iron deficiency anemia, which can cause fatigue, weakness, and other symptoms that can make it difficult to enjoy your pregnancy.

It's important to get enough rest 😴during pregnancy 🤰🏽 to support your health and your baby's 👶🏻 development. Pregnancy can be tiring, and it is important to take care of your body's needs. Try to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep 💤 each night!

Here are some helpful tips to promote restful sleep during pregnancy:

- Invest in a comfortable mattress 🛌 and pillows to support your changing body

- Use a pregnancy pillow to support your belly and legs

- Try sleeping on your side, preferably the left side to improve blood 🩸 flow to the uterus and kidneys

- Limit fluids 💧 before bedtime to reduce the need to get up to use the bathroom 🚽

- Stick to a consistent sleep schedule 🕰️ to establish a routine

- Create a relaxing bedtime routine, such as taking a warm bath 🛀 or reading a book 📖

Hello April! 🧸

This month is filled with showers that will ultimately bring beautiful Mary flowers 🌺

The rain provides nutrition for Mother Earth 🌍 and provides the means to grow such beauty.

That goes for any mother. 🤰🏻 Nutrition is the number one factor that will make sure you and your baby are strong for the birth ceremony.

Every woman should adjust their nutrient 🥑 intake according to their current stage in life. Pregnancy is a huge stage that requires great nutrition.

We hope to help provide a safe place for every woman to be apart of. A place to learn how to balance ❤️ your body, get healthier and find a community that you grow with.
