In general, an average man requires 56 to 91 grams of protein per day an average woman requires 46 to 75 grams of protein per day, but many factors influence protein requirements.

Here Some tips on how I determine how much protein to consume:

● 0.8 g per kilogram of body weight
● People over 65 years of age should consume 1-1.2 g/kg of body weight.
● Athletes should consume 1.4-2 g/kg of body weight.
