Hormones truly run the show! 🧠 Dr. Dian Ginsberg explained why hormones are the body’s “operating system,” influencing your brain, immunity and bone health. We also got a powerful reminder from Dr. Lauren Loya that bone health starts long before osteoporosis develops. Since estrogen deficiency is the top modifiable risk factor for fractures, HRT can reduce risk by up to 40%.

Dr. Lauren Loya connected the dots between estrogen, thyroid and insulin, highlighting HRT’s vital role in heart health and insulin resistance. Dr. Pamela Smith then broke down the "hormone connection," proving that sustainable weight loss is about balancing ghrelin, leptin and cortisol, not just counting calories.
