Horses symbolizes 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵, 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲, 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗺, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁—but also something people don’t always talk about:
✨ a 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 that helps regulate the nervous system and ease anxiety.

Spending time around horses recently—riding them, standing beside them, simply being present—was a reminder of how powerful grounded movement can be.

This isn’t a year for playing small, forcing or rushing.
It’s a year for 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.

The Year of the Horse invites us to:
• Move forward with confidence
• Trust our inner strength
• Say yes to aligned adventure
• Release what’s been keeping us stuck

In Feng Shui, aligning with the energy of a year matters. When we understand the themes guiding us, we can design our lives—and our goals—with more clarity and ease.

In 2026, I want you to be RICH. ✨
Rich in more ways than money can buy...

At the start of 2025, I put the word “Wealth” on my vision board. But standing here, in the Hall of Mirrors at the Palace of Versailles in Paris (and yes, I’m obsessed with these chandeliers!), I realized that 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁.

The word "wealth" comes from the Old English word weal, which means "well-being." In its purest sense, 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲.

And by that definition, you can be incredibly rich in ways that have nothing to do with money.

In 2026, let’s choose to be:
✨ RICH in Adventure
✨ RICH in Health
✨ RICH in Love
✨ RICH in Knowledge
✨ RICH in Peace
✨ RICH in Gratitude

True wealth is the richness of our experiences and the intentionality we bring to every day.

As we step into a new year, may you choose experiences that are rich in the moments that matter.

I put Greece on my 2025 vision board ✨

Not just as a destination—but as a symbol of 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗺, 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿.

Months later, I was standing on a cliff in Santorini, wearing a flowing yellow flying dress, overlooking the iconic blue domes and feeling the Mediterranean breeze.

𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 → 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆.

And that was only one chapter of the year.

𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀… 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀… 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗯𝘆𝗲𝘀—𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹.

Because life isn’t lived in one season.
It’s lived through moments worth remembering.

As we look ahead, I’m reminded of this:

This is my favorite week of the year 💛
The quiet space between Christmas and New Year’s.

Some people call it “dead week,”
but for me… it’s anything but.

It’s slower. Softer. Less noisy.

And every year, I intentionally step into it.

This is the week I 𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘵.

As few distractions as possible.

Usually with a journal in hand.

It’s in this in-between space that I’ve dreamed my biggest dreams —
becoming an entrepreneur,
designing a life around experiences,
and traveling to places I once only imagined.

Because you can’t know where you want to go next without looking at where you’ve been.

This week is about honoring the wins,
learning from the lessons,
and creating space for what wants to come next.

Intentional reflection has changed my life — year after year.

What an amazing experience it was to open up the Clarity Summit by LOKK Designs with an Intention Setting Session/Meditation.
