Workshop this past weekend with triathletes!
Are you at optimal health? 💡

We are all athletes in our own way. Each day we are applying force on our bodies through training, working out, and our occupation. The combo of stretching, rehab, myofascial work & the chiropractic adjustment could be your missing puzzle piece.

So, let’s get to work!

For the past few weeks, it’s been a honor to work with this awesome doc! He has been extremely helpful along with his staff to give me a “real life” experience of working with patients. I’ve grew so much within the time span and learned a lot about myself as a future doctor. The countdown begins! 🥳

It’s October & Fall SZN! 🎃

I am super excited to recognize this month for spinal health!

Your spine is comprised of 24 vertebrae separated by discs. Those discs help to keep your vertebrae together, act as shock absorbers as you move, and also allow your spine to move in many different directions dynamically. If your spine isn’t working correctly, problems can manifest from head to toe.

Spinal health is something we should be considering throughout our life! The nervous system gives our body the ultimate tool to heal itself.

So, this month consider getting your spine checked 🍂

Check out my X-Rays!

Age: 26 Date: 9/22/2021
Series: Lateral Cervical, AP Cervical, AP Thoracic, AP Lumbar & Lateral Lumbar

Cervical:
My cervical spine curve is at 23.9 degrees. Normal is usually about 30 degrees! My cervical lordosis is good until about C4. On the AP view, the left uncinate process on C5 is more widen than the right which means there is a tilt to the left. My shoulders are higher on my right side and C7 spinous is rotated to the right.

Thoracic:
No scoliosis is indicated in my thoracic spine.

Lumbar:
No scoliosis is indicated in my lumbar spine. However, my left hip is 1.93cm higher than my right along with my sacrum. My lumbar spine curve is good! I do have a decrease in disc space between L5/S1. There are some smorl nodes on L3 & L4.

Overall, everything is adequate just a few things need to be fixed. My hip height is the main focus which could be contributed to segmental dysfunction, muscle weakness or muscle spasms. My upper thoracic spine and shoulder are compensating for my pelvis!

Chiropractic care will definitely help! I received my first adjustment at the age of 23!
Spine health = overall health 😎

Do you know someone who may be experiencing this?

Chiropractic care can definitely help resolve this problem and other types of headaches.

Notice how the research states it took
9 visits or up to 12 visits. Treatment in 1 visit doesn’t necessarily fix your problem right away it takes some time!
