We are currently accepting clients that are in need of Assistance with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living). We service the entire Houston and Surrounding Areas.

We are good people that provide "GOOD care" to those that are in need. We are compassionate, caring and loving.

The Scope of Care we provide includes: Private Duty Sitting, Medication reminders, Meal Prep, Bathing & Showering, Wardrobe Coordination, Errands, Doctors Visits, Outings & Much more. We are experienced dealing with Alzheimers We are knowledgeable handling (PEG tubes) Gastrostomy tubes, Urinary Catheters/ Draining Bags, Assistance with Insulin & Wound Care.

We are ready and capable of taking care of the needs of your loved ones in their own private homes, hospitals, nursing homes or assisted living facilities.

We are very knowledgeable in providing care and working with staff at various facilities to ensure that the overall care of your loved one is exceptional. We communicate well with families and ensure they are included and informed.

This Company was started in New Orleans, Louisana over 20 years ago. We built this company on traditional Southern Hospitality, Love and Compassion. We have serviced many elite clients from Louisiana to Texas. We are currently based in Houston, Texas.

5LittleHelpers Nursing Services was founded in New Orleans, Louisiana by NuReka Chapman. NuReka, from a little girl has always had a heart for the elderly and disadvantaged people she came in contact with. She even attended her mother's college courses at Delgado Community College as a kid to learn Sign Language. She mastered it so well that at a young age of about 13 she was an interpreter. NuReka still gets excited when she is able to help in situations were there is a deaf person in need of assistance.

NuReka's 5 Daughters grew up assisting with many of the clients that NuReka had the priveledge of providing care for. The Name of the company is inspired by that reality.

NuReka's desire to care for the elderly was reignited this year (2022) as she spent time with her Bonus Grand Dad. She realized that there is still a great need for quality care from people that really care about the sick and elderly. NuReka enjoys making a difference. That is the culture of her company. She also hires people that share her sentiments regarding the elderly and sick.
