Try this anti-inflammatory drink recipe.
This pineapple, ginger and tumeric drink is packed with antioxidants, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. This drink recipe can help detox the colon, get rid of swelling, relieve congestion and also help remove toxins from your bloodstream.
4 cups of Fresh Pineapple
1/2 of Freshly Peeled Ginger
1/2 of Freshly Peeled Tumeric
1/4 of Black Pepper (black pepper helps break down the tumeric compounds in the gut helping the body absorb the turmeric)
You can either juice these ingredients or blend them in 16 oz of Spring water, strain and drink.
