The Concho Hearts Motorcycle Rally today was something special. We had a huge turnout of bikes, wings, dancing, plenty of photo moments and a whole lot of fun. It felt like the kind of day that reminds you why community matters.
Thank you to Cornerstone Caregiving, The Heritage memory Care, Houston Hospice, Ho***rs and our DJ for jumping in with full support. Days like this don’t happen without partners who show up and bring the energy with them.
A special thank you to the Woodlands Church motorcycle club ‘The Sons of Thunder’, and the Legacy Vets MC Misfits chapter. Your presence meant the world to our team and to the families we serve.
Proud of everyone who came out to ride, cheer, serve and make today something people will remember.

This week we had the joy of celebrating a few special birthdays with our Concho Hearts family. From shared laughter to sweet treats, these moments remind us what hospice is truly about, cherishing life, love, and connection in every season.
