This patient is in her early 30s and had previously undergone full-face HA fillers, along with Skinvive skin boosters for smile lines. While Skinvive enhances hydration, her concern was reduced skin elasticity, causing the skin to crease more easily when smiling and appear overly full rather than refined. She also wanted to improve definition without adding volume that could make the jawline appear heavier or more masculine.

✨ A more thoughtful approach was needed.

Instead of adding volume, we shifted our focus to skin health, strength, and regeneration, using:

Before 30, my routine focused on consistent multi-step K-beauty skincare and monthly Clear + Brilliant treatments. After 30, I incorporated advanced treatments including dermal fillers, PDO threads, HD Radiesse, skin boosters, collagen injections, exosomes, salmon PN, HIFU, Morpheus8, and additional laser sessions like Clear + Brilliant.

We first did her lips back in 2020 — it took a couple of sessions to build that beautiful shape.

Fast forward 5 years and she still has volume. Because when fillers are done right, they last longer than most people think. No need for touch-ups every 6–9 months (or even yearly). Today, we used just 0.4 ml to gently refresh and maintain her look.
