That's why it's SO important to incorporate regular massage care into your health and wellness journey.

Calling all migraine sufferers . .. this weather is often a big trigger for people who regularly get migraines.
Unfortunately we can't control the weather but here are some tips I used this morning to help get rid of a migraine

• stretch: a quick and easy way to release tension in the neck, upper back, and chest.

• self massage: massaging your shoulders, the back of the neck, and facial muscles are one of the easiest ways to reduce your migraine symptoms.
These muscle groups all hold a lot of tension. Not sure where to massage, reach out to your favorite massage therapist (me ☺️) & I can help point you in the right direction.

•sleep: sometimes your body just needs a break. We live in a busy, fast, nonstop world and sometimes what you need to do is take the time to reset & rest.
