What a wonderful night out for some of our incredible residents from West Janisch Health Care Center!

This week, our residents grabbed their homemade signs, came into the gym with big smiles, and proudly showed their support for the St. Pius X Ladies Basketball Team. It was such a joy to be out in the community, cheering them on and soaking up all the excitement of game night! ✨

After the game, we topped off the evening with a classic favorite — dinner at Luby’s 🍽️😊

It truly was a fun night on the town filled with laughter, community, and great memories.

Today, our hearts are full as we celebrate a truly beautiful milestone at West Janisch Health Care Center 💙

We are honored to recognize the 57th wedding anniversary of our wonderful resident, Jacqueline Spivey, and her devoted husband, Dr. Leon Spivey. Their love story is one that inspires everyone who has the privilege of witnessing it.

Dr. Spivey visits Jacqueline every single day, and the bond they share is a powerful reminder that love, commitment, and devotion only deepen with time.

Even while Jacqueline is with us at our nonprofit, 5-Star care center, she remains a shining star in her husband’s eyes—and their connection continues to light up our halls.
