Stress is a natural part of life, but how we manage it makes all the difference!

Here are 4 science-backed strategies to help you calm your mind and body, and reduce the impact of daily stressors:

1. Breathe Deeply 🌬️: When stress hits, your body goes into 'fight or flight.' Deep breathing (like the 4-7-8 technique) activates your parasympathetic nervous system, lowering your heart rate and reducing stress hormones like cortisol. It's your instant calm button!
Try it: Inhale 4, Hold 7, Exhale 8. Repeat.

2. Move Your Body 🏃‍♀️: Even a little movement can go a long way! Exercise releases endorphins (natural mood boosters) and helps to reduce stress hormones. A brisk walk can clear your head and improve sleep quality.
