For the ones who appreciate a little dark humor…
“If postpartum was a picture” 😂

In all seriousness I’m okay. But yes… postpartum is a lot.
And it doesn’t just last 6 weeks… it can last 2 years or more.
What postpartum really is:
• Physical healing – recovering from pregnancy and birth while running on little sleep
• Hormones – major shifts bringing mood swings, tears, anxiety, and overwhelm
• Mental load – caring for a whole human 24/7 (plus a toddler/other kids)
• Identity shift – you’re not just you anymore… you’re becoming someone new
• Relationships – everything shifts, and support matters more than ever
• Invisible healing – your body is still healing deeply, even when it looks “fine”
I won’t lie… I can be okay one minute, and crying the next.
Be gentle with your postpartum mamas 🤍
