The pattern doesn’t go away just because you’re aware of it.

That pull toward food at night…

But they’re operating from beliefs like:

“I don’t have time.”
“I always fall off.”
“This is just how I am.”
“I start strong but never follow through.”

Say something enough times… it starts to feel true.

And once it feels true, your behavior will keep proving it.

That’s what keeps so many women stuck.
