We are looking for RNs to provide in-home nursing care to one of our pediatric patients around SOUTH LAKE HOUSTON TX 77049

Patient is a five-month-old female, with GB. The family is extremely friendly and understanding. Family is 100 percent Spanish speaking, therefore being bilingual is added advantage.

* Must possess a valid RN

Hiring both experienced and new nursing grads.

Schedule:

Day Shifts: Monday – Saturday 7a-7p (12hrs shift)
Night Shifts: Monday - Saturday 7p-7a (12hrs Shift)

• Focus on the needs and treatment of infant, primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordination of care
• Health promotion and teaching
• Training of family members
