Some cool pics from our Spartan race last weekend 🏃🏾‍♀️💨
I look like I’m having a blast but let me tell you, this was one of the hardest races I’ve ever done physically AND mentally. For 6.2 miles I climbed, crawled, pushed, pulled, jumped, and rolled my way to the finish line. And now I am officially Spartan Super Finisher🏅

Happy 5K Saturday 🏃🏾‍♀️ 💨
This morning we got up and active for the 30th anniversary of the 5K | 10K and | Half around white rock lake. Despite the name, today was a beautiful day to run and for that I am grateful🌥️
My goal for today was sub 35mins and I almost broke 30min 😌 A little more time and training and I’ll be well on my way. My next race is in September so let’s see how this goes

In the spirit of sharing my news late like I always do, this fall I will be starting a new and exciting journey. September 7th I will begin my studies for the Masters of Science Human and Health Performance program at Pacific College of Health Sciences 😊🎉!! With this program I will be learning all about using traditional medical systems with modern science to develop performance goals and solutions based on your individual and community needs.
After 3.5 years of gaining hands on experience from elite athletes all the way to my favorite weekend warriors, I have been able to see what health looks like in its many shapes and forms and the different paths we all take to achieve it. However, the most important lesson I’ve learned it above all else is that it takes a deep and personal commitment to yourself to better yourself every day no matter the odds against you!! I know it sounds like a lot and it’s hard to do it alone, but luckily you don’t have to!! My goal is to continue to better myself as a person and as a coach so that I can continue to pour into your life and assist where you need me most!
With that being said, in addition to obtaining my M.S in HHP I will also be receiving my ‘Health Coaching Certification’ and my ‘Medical Cannabis Certification’. As society collectively pushes towards more holistic health approaches and herbal remedies, I want to be on the front lines educating and guiding people into living healthier and fuller lives 🏋🏾‍♀️🧘🏾🏊🏾‍♀️🤸🏾
I hope y’all will continue riding with me on my wellness journey because I have truly enjoyed the ride with you 💕 Be sure to follow so we can stay connected 😊 I’d love to hear any thoughts, opinions or questions you may have as we continue growing together 🌱

Today was absolutely amazing. I had the chance to shoot with the top fitness photographer in the game right now I had so much fun on set working and learning from him. I can’t wait to see how our photos turn out 🥰☺️
