As a holistic health professional , I’m not anti-western medicine. It is necessary in emergency situations. However, they are not adequately trained in prevention or nutrition. Seriously consider alternative medicine, natural remedies, and changing your lifestyle habits.

Sleep more, drink more water, move more, laugh more, fast more, and pray more.
