Today we recognize National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, a time to raise awareness about the impact of HIV on women and girls and to support those who are at risk or living with HIV.

Raised in Houston, Dr. Zapata earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from Rice University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the UTHealth School of Dentistry at Houston. His commitment to quality care and community health reflects the mission of St. Hope Healthcare.
