Why does OsteoStrong limit sessions to once per week?

Bone responds differently than muscle. After a high-force osteogenic stimulus, the body begins an adaptive response that activates osteoblasts — the cells responsible for building new bone.

This remodeling process takes time. During the days following a session, the body is working to repair, reinforce, and strengthen skeletal tissue.

We aim for weekly sessions because that’s where progress compounds. That said, busy schedules happen, trips come up, and sometimes you just can’t make it in. Missing a session here and there is totally okay.
