Your vision deserves more than just “good enough.” Regular eye screenings are essential for maintaining long-term eye health and catching issues early, often before symptoms even begin.

For most adults, it’s recommended to have a comprehensive eye exam once every 1–2 years. If you have existing conditions, wear corrective lenses, or are over 60, more frequent visits may be needed.

This is your friendly reminder to take care of your eyes. 💙

Today is World Glaucoma Day. 👁️
Glaucoma is often called the “silent thief of sight” because it can develop slowly without noticeable symptoms. Regular eye exams are key to detecting it early and protecting your long-term vision.
