ADHD Awareness isn’t about talking louder.
It’s about understanding deeper.

I didn’t post much this month - because I was busy doing the work.

Helping people get answers. Building awareness through action.

Because ADHD isn’t a weakness..it’s wiring.

And when you understand it, everything changes. 💚

When headlines break, judgment comes fast.

Recent allegations against a few pro athletes have sparked endless debate - but here’s the truth: before we rush to criticize, we need to understand what addiction really is.

It’s not about bad choices. It’s not about willpower.
It’s a brain disorder.

And let me be clear - I’m not excusing the behavior that comes with addiction.

But if we don’t educate ourselves, we’ll keep judging what we should be understanding.

Because that’s the only way we can help people heal, not hide.

Let’s change the conversation. 🧠💭

You’re not crazy. You just learned how to survive in a world that made you question your sanity for feeling anything at all. Therapy isn’t where they tell you what’s wrong with you - it’s where you remember nothing ever was. 🕊️

I am 1 of 800,000.
A proud, tax-paying member of the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

And guess what?
We have no representation.

Taxed without a voice.
Without a seat at the table.
Without someone to fight for us on the House floor.

On July 4th, that silence cost us.
One. Vote. Could. Have. Made. The. Difference.
A transformative bill that could’ve changed lives - gone.

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿:
𝗜𝗳 𝘄𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱, 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗴, 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.
𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘂𝘀. 𝗜𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲.

That’s not democracy.
That’s disenfranchisement.
800,000 strong—and erased.

I’m pi**ed.
And you should be too.

We deserve a voice.
We demand accountability.
We will not be ignored again.

I met Amanda Edwards yesterday. She answered my questions. And I’ll keep asking because this election matters. Do your research. Meet the candidates. Vote your voice.

Because Houston can’t afford silence.

📣 “Your word is… acetaminophen.”
Origin: FDA-approved.
Definition: Safe when used as directed.
Sentence: “If you can’t pronounce it, you probably shouldn’t be out here preaching false medical claims about it.”

Let’s be real—there is no clinical study proving acetaminophen causes autism, ADHD, or learning differences. None. Zero. Zilch.

So stop turning tweets into truth and TikToks into treatment plans. Kids’ lives are not your experiment.

If you want facts? Ask the people who actually trained for decades. Ask the ones who know. Ask me.

Ding ding. Spelling bee over. Facts win. Mic dropped. 🎤

🌿 Sometimes the best gift you can give yourself isn’t saved for the weekend.....

It’s a midweek escape. Affordable. Simple. Life-giving.

We forget that rest isn’t earned - it’s necessary. You don’t have to wait until everything on your to-do list is crossed off before you breathe. You don’t have to prove your productivity before you deserve peace.

This trip? Just me, myself, and God’s masterpiece. No phone. No emails. No deadlines chasing me down. Just stillness, fresh air, and the kind of silence that speaks louder than any meeting ever could. ✨

Midweek travels remind me that self-care is not selfish - it’s stewardship. It’s tending to the soul, not just the schedule. And when I return, I’m not just “back at work.” I’m renewed. Re-centered. Ready.

Don’t wait for the weekend. Don’t wait for permission. Choose yourself! Because God already did. 🌸

Surprised my bro at the Lions vs. Ravens game! 🏈 Thank you, Ravens! I’m proud to support the Caws for Celebration initiative by the Ravens Foundation, Inc., which is committed to improving, encouraging, and enabling the healthy development of youth in Maryland. Through annual programs, the Foundation provides both financial and volunteer support to many Baltimore-area nonprofits and individual community leaders. Grateful to witness great football and even greater community impact! 🩶💙🤍

That’s the paradox of narcissism: it fuels vision, but it fractures legacy.

𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲.

Sometimes, it’s not about the clothes.
Not about the handshake.
Not even about the way they look at you.

It’s about perception.

And here’s the truth:
Even if they don’t respect you, your culture, your background, or even understand you… if it doesn’t break your morals, your values, or your mission - then 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲.

Because not every battle is about resistance.
Some battles are about strategy.

So play it.
And when the moment comes,
𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙗 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩’𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨.

That explains it - but it doesn’t excuse it.

Understanding why someone did what they did doesn’t mean it didn’t hurt.

You can know someone’s trauma, upbringing, or mental health struggle and still hold them accountable.

Empathy and accountability can exist in the same breath.

You can say,
“I get it now… but it still wasn’t okay.”
Because context is not a free pass.
It gives you insight, not immunity.

Healing doesn’t mean erasing harm.
Growth doesn’t mean gaslighting yourself into pretending it didn’t happen.

So, if you’ve ever found yourself justifying someone else’s behavior to make your pain easier to sit with…

Read this again.

That explains it.
But it doesn’t excuse it.
