Happy Thanksgiving to you all! As the holidays approach and we visit with family it's important to look for any changes in your senior family members- parents, grandparents, etc., that may indicate they may need a little assistance to help them maintain independence in their own home. Try to be observant on the following:
Are they missing doses of their medications? Arranging pills in a pill box makes things easier.
Do they seem to be eating regular meals? Is food going bad in their refrigerator, or they are not eating like they always have in the past?
Are their bills getting paid on time, or are there stacks of unopened mail and they are falling behind?
Is their house not as tidy and clean as it always was in the past and are they not getting laundry done? Are they showing signs of incontinence?
Are they due for a surgery and will need help around their home while healing, including cooking and light housekeeping?
These are just a few signs that may indicate your loved one may need a little extra help. We are currently hiring caregivers for the elderly. We hire CNAs but a license is not required. If you have 2 or more years proven experience in senior care we are hiring for full and part time shifts in Alvin, Pearland, Webster, League City and Galveston Island.

We are also looking for male caregivers to help a veteran living on Galveston island. Pay for our private pay clients starts at $13.50/hour and pay for our VA contract clients is $15/hour.
