General information

"Each year in the U.S. about 240 million calls are made to 911, which means just about every minute someone urgently needs help. Put yourself in a position to provide that help with an EMT degree from San Jacinto College. In addition to classroom instruction, our program puts you on the front lines of emergency care, where you will be taught by seasoned professionals in real-world critical situations. Our graduates regularly achieve success in a number of areas, working for fire departments, government and hospital ambulance services, law enforcement offices and more. You may find yourself helping patients high above the city in an air ambulance, on an offshore rig, or overseas in a developing or disaster-stricken country. You can even use this degree as a foundation for nursing or medical school." SJCN EMS PROGRAM
