Strong boundaries aren’t walls
they’re discernment.

What a lot of people call chemistry is actually nervous-system activation.

So when something is finally safe, it doesn’t always feel intense at first

it feels calm, steady, and peaceful.

No chaos.
No guessing.
No bracing.

When masculine energy is grounded, consistent, and emotionally regulated,
your body doesn’t rush or overfunction.

Softness isn’t forced. It emerges when your nervous system feels safe and you choose to trust it.

When you have a big heart you have to have even bigger boundaries. Not everyone deserves access to you .

There comes a moment when love stops being a feeling and becomes a decision.
A moment when silence is no longer neutral, and faith must be measured by who it protects.

If we invoke Christ, we must embody Christ consciousness
not a faith that serves comfort,
not a freedom that only applies to white bodies,
not a resistance to tyranny that suddenly goes quiet when Black and brown families are targeted, raided, caged, and torn apart.

Jesus did not stand with empire.
He stood with the oppressed.
He challenged unjust authority.
He loved in a way that threatened power.

You cannot cry “freedom” while excusing ICE violence.
You cannot fight tyranny only when it reaches your doorstep.
You cannot preach love while defending systems that dehumanize.

Christ consciousness is not passive.
Love is not quiet.
Peace is not compliance.

True faith resists injustice without becoming it.
True freedom must belong to everyone or it is not freedom at all.

First time at the barbell since I dislocated my knee 🙂‍↔️💕. The spiritual journey is like the fitness journey, sometimes you fall off bc of life but you’re always able to lock back in 🙌🏼💪🏼
