Our nurse practitioner at our Katy location is also a RN first assist in the OR. She is able to help care for patients pre-op, in the OR with our surgeons, and post-op. Way to go Rachel!

"As a pediatric nurse practitioner working in general surgery, I love the full circle effect I get with my patients and their families. Seeing them in the clinic for their pre-op assessment, completing their procedure together with my surgeon, knowing all the details of their case and then seeing for post-op follow- up has made each clinic visit much more effective.
