Take the next step toward better bladder control with the Altaviva™ implant. At Houston Metro Urology, we're proud to offer this innovative treatment that fits seamlessly into your daily life.

Unlike medications or injections that target bladder muscles, this implant works by stimulating the tibial nerve, which plays an important role in controlling normal bladder function for those experiencing urge urinary incontinence (UUI). Our Houston urologists offer advanced PSMA-targeted PET/CT imaging which is a safe, precise scan that helps detect prostate cancer that standard imaging may miss. This test is often recommended for patients at risk of metastasis or with rising PSA after treatment to help catch issues earlier and pinpoint them more accurately.
