I realized how many people donโ€™t know that implant placement is completely personalized ๐Ÿ‘€โœจ

Under the muscle is great if you have thinner tissue or lost volume after pregnancy because it hides the top of the implant and avoids that shelf look. ๐Ÿšซ

But some patients are better suited for over the muscle, like bodybuilders with strong chest muscles or male to female patients with different anatomy goals. ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ
