The web site for this conference are a bit complex as there are TWO conferences which are conducted each year and each year is DIFFERENT from those prior. In addition, for those who are unable to attend, but need CME credit to continue to be on service at a trauma hospital there is an ON DEMAND program, where one can listen to the lectures AFTER the past years course is over and document that they have participated in this ON DEMAND program. SO notification and information for the NEW 2026 TCCACS Mattox courses are listed in detail. There is also information about the ON DEMAND from the 2025 programs

I have today come across a series of compression and semi tourniquet type devices for the axilla, Abdomen, Pelvis, Abdominal outlet, grouped under the general name of "COMPRESSIONWORKS", I am looking for the development and research data with outcome numbers to support the claims. What surgeons have done the research and are supportive. I sought input from the RAC of this area and they knew nothing about it. We finished the 2021 Mattox Las Vegas Disaster & TCCACS courses last week. We had 400+ registrants in Octavius Ballroom & 450 registrants virtually around the world. We had 49 USA states & 17 countries of the world represented. We developed an operational plan in keeping w Nevada Covid rules. Everyone felt safe & this high bar snd workable formula is the focus of an important panel on the news from Las Vegas in 2 weeks. The quality of the presentations was fantastic with several extremely critical issues in the evolution of general, trauma, military, emergency, disaster, EMS, academic, critical care, & Acute care surgery were candidly & scientifically presented from the podium. The syllabus is a blue print strategic plan for academic & trauma future and a warning of potential doom if ignored.

I am so very proud of this years meeting. The 2022 mtg is at Caesars Palace March 22-25, 2022. See you there. It promises to be a early sell out meeting for live attendance. Probably not any virtual speakers & probably not any virtual attendees.
