Welcome to the first Goat Yoga in Texas, Goat Yoga Houston. We visit multiple locations throughout Texas as well as Oklahoma but our main home is Houston. We always guarantee a 20:30 goat to person ratio, so if you come for the yoga, fantastic! If you come for the goats that works too! Our class is designed for beginners, but we always encourage advanced yogis to take that extra bind our modification. Our classes are 9 and up without special permission, or if the class reads family class. There is a 45 minutes of yoga built into your time, followed by 20 minutes of whatever you would like, goat cuddles, advanced pose work, picture taking! Your class your time! Come join us for laughs and yoga too! Surround yourself with friendly goats and people!
We started Goat Yoga Houston in May of 2017 and it has been such a great experience. It was started when Butlers Courtyard decided they would give us a chance and let us rent their groom’s quarters. None of us had any idea of what a turn out we would have! We have had the experience of helping people and that is our favorite part. We’ve have had the privilege of working with all the network channels in Houston, and some of the largest venues, Discovery Green, Market Street in the Woodlands, and so many others. We have also been featured on Animal Planet and many other TV shows and publication!
