Divorce is one of the biggest decisions a person can make. Before you let outside voices influence your choice, ask yourself: are those people prepared to walk with you through the reality of divorce? Be mindful about who you invite into such personal spaces. Seek discernment, seek wise counsel, and when needed, seek professional and legal guidance before making life altering decisions.

Not every relationship moment will be convenient.
Sometimes love shows up in the late night conversations, the hard days, the uncomfortable truths, and the moments when it would honestly be easier to walk away.

That’s when we really learn who has our back.

Convenient relationships are easy, they exist when everything feels good and nothing is required of us. But real connection shows up when it’s inconvenient… when someone chooses you even when it would be easier not to.

So ask yourself:
Are the people in your life there only when it’s easy?
And when things get uncomfortable… do you stay, or do you disappear?

Because the inconvenient moments?
That’s where loyalty reveals itself.

March is Self Harm Awareness Month 💚

As clinicians, we are often the first line of defense when a client discloses suicidal ideation or self harm behaviors. Preparation matters. Structure matters. Clinical confidence matters.

Treating Suicidal Clients & Self Harm Behaviors was created to provide practical, evidence based assessments, worksheets, and intervention guides that support both immediate stabilization and long term care planning.

This workbook is designed for mental health professionals who want:
✔ Clear risk assessment frameworks
✔ Structured intervention tools
✔ Documentation support
✔ Long term treatment planning guidance

Because when clinicians are equipped, clients are protected.

This March for Self-Harm Awareness Month 💚

Equip clinicians with practical, evidence based tools for assessment, intervention, and long term care. Treating Suicidal Clients & Self Harm Behaviors was created to support the professionals doing the hardest work, saving lives through competent, compassionate care.

Because confidence in the room matters.
Because structured tools change outcomes.
Because our clients deserve clinicians who are prepared.

March is Self-Harm Awareness Month 💚

This month is about increasing understanding, reducing stigma, and reminding people that healing is possible. No one should struggle in silence. Support, compassion, and evidence based care make a difference.

If you or someone you know is struggling, help is available. You are not alone.

I voted. 🗳️
Because exercising our voice is not optional, it’s necessary.

We see what happens when we don’t participate.
We see what happens when we stay silent.

Please vote. Your voice matters. Your community matters. Your future matters.

Su***de loss carries a unique clinical and emotional weight.

It often includes shock, unanswered questions, complicated grief responses, anger, guilt, and stigma. Many individuals navigating su***de loss experience isolation because the grief is difficult to discuss openly.

Grief after su***de is not linear. It is layered.

As a psychologist specializing in su***de prevention and grief, I want to emphasize:

• There is no “right way” to grieve.
• Trauma responses are common after sudden loss.
• Support reduces long term psychological impact.
• Silence compounds suffering.

If you or someone you know is struggling in the aftermath of su***de loss, call or text 988.

Grief deserves language.
Support changes outcomes.

Strong love doesn’t mean conflict free love. It means choosing each other even when things feel hard.

Relationships thrive when both people feel seen, heard, and emotionally safe. With the right tools and intentional work, clarity replaces confusion, and connection replaces distance.

Love can work when you both decide to work it. 💫

Love isn’t about being perfect, it’s about being willing. Willing to listen. Willing to grow. Willing to fight for connection instead of against each other.

Every relationship has seasons, but with honesty, accountability, and support, things can work out. Healing is possible. Communication is learnable. Love is sustainable when both partners show up. ❤️
