Sometimes the hard moments aren’t about behavior at all 🤍

Big emotions that feel overwhelming
Daily routines like getting dressed or brushing teeth

For children ages 2–6, play is more than fun, it’s how they build strong bodies, confident hands, flexible thinking, and the ability to navigate big feelings in a growing world.

As educators and pediatric occupational therapists, we believe one of the most meaningful gifts you can give a child is a strong foundation, built through connection, movement, and intentional play alongside peers.
