Unfortunately, due to inclement weather our office will be closed Monday, July 8th. In an effort to keep all patients and staff safe and continue providing you with excellent care, all medical follow ups and weight management appointments scheduled for Monday, July 8th, have been converted to telemedicine appointments. Your provider will be contacting you at your scheduled appointment time.

If you have a pellet, physical therapy, or aesthetics appointment scheduled for Monday, someone from our office will contact you to reschedule.

Staff will not be in the office to answer phone calls on Monday. Please leave a voicemail or send a portal message and we will reply as soon as possible.

Status updates will be communicated in a timely manner until we are able to return to normal business procedures. We appreciate your understanding and hope that everyone stays safe.
