Today, we’re excited to celebrate Kiana’s first year at EBI! Over the past year, she has continued to show dedication, initiative, and a true passion for supporting our clients. From stepping into her role as a Pod Specialist to consistently striving for excellence in her work, Kiana has made a meaningful impact on our team in such a short time. 💫💙

One of Kiana’s favorite projects this year has been serving as a Pod Specialist, where she’s been able to grow her leadership skills while helping keep our clinic running smoothly. Looking ahead, she’s focused on continuing to develop as an RBT and strengthening her clinical skills so she can continue providing high-quality therapy to the families we serve. And when she’s dreaming about her next adventure, Jamaica is at the top of her list, just for fun and relaxation! 🌴☀️😉

Kiana, thank you for your hard work, commitment, and positive spirit this past year. We are so grateful to have you as part of our Endeavor family and look forward to watching you continue to grow and succeed.

One of Tay’s favorite memories this year was our anniversary party, proof that she knows how to celebrate milestones and make special moments even better! 🎉 When she’s not busy supporting our clients, you’ll likely find her enjoying a nice walk, staying active, and recharging. Seven years of growth, passion, and impact, today we’re celebrating YOU, Cara! From the way you advocate for your clients to how intentionally you pour into our team, your presence at EBI continues to make a meaningful difference every single day. Your dedication to excellence and genuine care for both families and staff does not go unnoticed. 💙

Looking ahead, Cara is excited to keep building her journey as a BCBA by welcoming more wonderful clients into ECI, strengthening and developing our RBTs, and eventually mentoring a supervision student of her own. And here’s a fun surprise, before ABA, Cara was once a vocal performance major! 🎶 Talk about talent! Add in her hope for brightly colored mascara to make a comeback, and you get the perfect mix of professionalism and personality. 😉

These hours are designed especially for individuals with autism, sensory sensitivities, anxiety, and families who may benefit from a quieter visit. Trained staff will be available to ensure everyone feels welcomed and supported.

Today we’re celebrating 8 amazing years of dedication, leadership, and heart from Eric! From day one, he has consistently shown what it means to serve with passion, excellence, and a genuine commitment to our clients and team. Whether he’s stepping up as a Training Coordinator or jumping in wherever he’s needed, Eric’s hard work and reliability never go unnoticed, and we are so proud of all that he continues to accomplish here at EBI.

As he looks ahead to his next year at Endeavor, we’re excited to see how he continues to grow and shine! When he’s not keeping things running smoothly, you can find Eric in the kitchen (because he’d rather cook than order in 😄) or enjoying a good card game like Speed or Spoons. One of his favorite memories this year was helping with the Crawfish Boil, which perfectly reflects his team spirit and willingness to get involved.

Eric, thank you for 8 years of dedication, leadership, and heart. We are so grateful for everything you bring to our EBI family, and we can’t wait to see all that’s ahead for you. Here’s to many more milestones together! 💙✨

Today we’re celebrating Malik and his first amazing year at Endeavor Behavioral Institute! 🎉👏 Malik brings such a steady, positive presence to the clinic, and his dedication to learning and supporting the team does not go unnoticed. Whether he’s jumping in where needed, staying focused, or showing up with a great attitude, Malik truly helps keep things moving and makes EBI a better place for both our clients and staff. 💙

As he looks ahead to his next year at EBI, Malik is excited to grow by becoming more organized and taking on more responsibilities, and we already know he’s going to crush it! ✅💪 Outside of work, Malik’s next big travel goal is Germany ✨ and when it comes to music, he’s into just about everything (but don’t expect shoegaze or metal 🤣🎶).
