Arshia, we are recognizing three years of your time and commitment at Endeavor Behavioral Institute. Over the past three years, you have continued to build your skills and knowledge while supporting your clients with consistency and focus.

As she looks ahead to her next year at EBI, Arshia is working toward becoming a BCBA and is focused on collaborating more closely with BCBA colleagues to support current and future clients in achieving a high quality of life 📚. Outside of work, Arshia is a Canadian Persian and is fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Farsi 🇨🇦🇮🇷. She also enjoys planning future travels, with Paris, Cairo, and Tokyo at the top of her list ✈️.

🧩✨ Sensory Friendly Day at Children’s Museum Houston ✨🧩

Looking for a lower-sensory holiday outing? Children’s Museum Houston is hosting a Sensory-Friendly Day, created especially for neurodivergent children and those with sensory sensitivities.

During this event, the Museum transforms into a calmer, more predictable space so kids can explore at their own pace. Families can expect:

A less crowded environment

Lower lights and reduced sound

Extra visual safety signage to support navigation

Designated quiet rooms for breaks

🎅 What’s Happening:

Santa Meet & Greet – Say hello, share holiday wishes, and take a memorable photo (10 a.m. – 1 p.m., Kidtropolis Town Square)

Elf Storytime & Craft – A calm, interactive reading and activity time for all sensory needs (11:30 a.m. & 12:30 p.m., Parent Resource Library)

🤝 Community Resource Partners On-Site (10 a.m. – 2 p.m., Kids’ Hall):
Families can connect with organizations supporting sensory needs and development, including ABA services, child development research, developmental screenings, and autism support resources.

Visual schedules (English & Spanish)
