Please stop taking advice from other therapists because it’s usually wrong or may not apply to you. The IRS took an SLP to tax court for writing things off she shouldn’t and her excuse was “other therapist are doing it.” She lost her tax court case, had to pay over $20,000 in back taxes … and yes she had a CPA.
