Dr. Robert Flanders is the founder of Memorial Eye Center - Rice Village.

He is a 1987 graduate of The University of Houston College of Optometry. Prior to starting his practice in Rice Village, Dr. Flanders practiced with Charles A. Garcia, MD, a well known Houston Ophthalmologist, who specializes in diabetic retinopathy as well as other serious diseases of the eye. Dr. David Sims joined the practice in 2007.
