Can’t see? Well…now you can.

Here I performed a brow lift through the upper lid (no other incisions). I then removed the extra skin from both the upper and lower lids and took out the excess fat. All this was done in the office under local.
Only two incisions, nearly impossible to see.

One of the great rewards of being a plastic surgeon is having the tools to take what appears like a “huge hole” and finding a creative way to close it. Hiding scars in the shadows of the face and using “tissue origami” converts the unsightly to almost normal appearance. This patient had basal cell carcinoma and had it removed using mohs resection with one of our highly skilled dermatologist.
