Abundance Counseling Services Providing Mental Health Services with a specialization in trauma (EMDRIA Certified and CIT & SEP) and Couples ( EFT Trained & Gottman Level 3 Trained)

As a EMDRIA certified therapist I specialize in helping trauma survivors by the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) We will work together to reprocess your trauma to help you see and experience distressing images and memories in a new and less painful way. As a therapist who has completed the Level 3 Practicum Training in the Gottman method couples therapy I support couples who are struggling with communication difficulties, infidelities and/or are at odds with one another because of differing life goals, interests, or opposing values. I specialize in helping anxious adolescents and adults learn specific tools that they can immediately apply in order to reduce anxiety and increase peacefulness and focus in their lives. As a person who has struggled with anxiety, I bring a great deal of compassion to my specialization. My clients share that they feel connected to our work, and find comfort and hope knowing that I will support their healing every step of the way. Whatever your challenge may be, I will teach you specific tools to support you during those most difficult times and to help you move towards a calmer and peaceful existence.

If you struggle with post traumatic stress disorder, are a part of a couple who is in need of support or an individual who struggles with anxiety, I am glad you are here!

​As a EMDRIA certified therapist I specialize in helping trauma survivors by the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) We will work together to reprocess your trauma to help you see and experience distressing images and memories in a new and less painful way.

​I am a Emotionally Focused Therapist (EFT) and Level 3 Practicum Trained therapist in the Gottman Method. I support couples who are struggling with communication difficulties, infidelities and/or are at odds with one another because of differing life goals, interests, or opposing values.
