So grateful for a week like this 🤍

Our own Carl Anderson, National Talent Acquisition Specialist, spent time visiting and supporting our teams in Hawaiʻi alongside Chace Ward, Michelle Gono, and Lisa Lee. The focus wasn’t just on hiring, but listening, learning, and building real connection.

From learning more about Hawaiian culture to sharing knowledge both ways, it was a beautiful reminder of what collaboration really looks like when it’s rooted in respect and care.
